Unfortunately the property can be seized and sold.

The tenants cannot be evicted just because the house is seized and sold. If there is no fixed term lease they can be evicted if the buyer is going to sue the house for themselves or their family. If there is a fixed term lease they cannot be evicted unless the lease expires and the new owner wants the house for themselves or their family.
