I was sent a letter from a former employer stating that I have disclosed the identity of clients to third parties. "This a serious breach of your contractual obligations and violates the privacy and confidentiality rights of their clients.
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: and they are requesting that I in writing by no later than Oct 21,2016 that I will immediately :
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: return all of BMO"S confidential information that is in my possession,
