I have a friend who was charged with three counts of fraud

Customer Question

I have a friend who was charged with three counts of fraud against employer under $5000. He says he has never done anything wrong and I believe him, he has no criminal record, and was known as the best employee at his workplace. But I was wondering, if a customer asks him or he offers to deliver a large purchase for cash on his own time, as the business does not have a delivery service. Could that qualify as fraud against employer?

Hello, thank you for the question. It's a good one.

Is this delivery business the basis for the fraud charges?

Any developments in your friend's fraud charges?
