Customer Question

My daughter is in 1 year lease agreement with approximately 6 months left. Mould has been showing up in the house mostly in the bathroom. I had a home inspection done and samples of the mould sent in to a lab and came back condition 3 in places and condition 2 in others. Is this sufficient grounds to terminate the lease and look to re-emburse her for the rest. She has been sick for a few months and doctors can't find the cause. She has been unable to work. She is taking the lab results to her doctor for his opinion.
