I'm just inquiring about something. I am a cat and dog

Customer Question

Hi, I'm just inquiring about something. I am a cat and dog groomer. I fell and hurt my wrist. It took the doctor 5 weeks to figure out that I had a broken wrist. I finally have a cast on it and now am waiting to hear from a Orthopedic surgeon. Where do I stand legally on this. The Dr that put my cast on admits that this was handled very badly
JA: Because laws vary from state to state, could you tell me what state is this in?
