Someone stole my bank card at work and some how got a hold

Someone stole my bank card at work and some how got a hold of my information and went to different branch and deposit fraud cheques into my account and withdrew them the same time because they are fraud cheques they ended up being returned amount causing my account to have over draft amount I realized what was happening and called the bank they connect me with the fraud department who then told me they are going to do an investigation so my pay cheques from work or anyother type of money from the goverment put inyo my account was then taken by the bank and they finish there investigation and said it wasn't a fraudulent act and my claim for reimbursement is denied and I still owe them money even though it wasn't me who did it I told them I want to fight it they told me there decision is final
