VerifiedSo long as you meet the residency requirements you will be able to maintain your permanent residency status. You will also be able to apply for citizenship. The same goes for your sons. If your husband loses his PR status it will not affect your application for citizenship in any way.There is nothing that your husband can do to maintain his PR status if he cannot meet the residency requirements but you will be okay.Let me know if you need any further clarification.
