I own a condo. There was no garburator at the time I bought.

Customer Question

I own a condo. There was no garburator at the time I bought. My real-estate agent told
me I could put one in which I did. There was nothing in the condo regulations and policies
that indicated that no garburators were allowed. Now i am being ordered by the condo
board to remove the garburator. I am meticulous with the usage of my garburator and
I don't feel I'm causing a problem for the building. The use of garburators is legal in
Alberta. Do I have any legal rights to keep it?
