I am a supervisor in the construction field. A union employee

Customer Question

I am a supervisor in the construction field. A union employee took a picture of me not wearing my PPE on a job site and on a roof trailer. The picture were taking about a year to year and a half ago. The employee just now forward them to head office which in turn they suspended me for a week. This this fair treatment? In the suspension letter it said I was observed not wearing PPE by no date I was observed . What rights do I have here....thanks
