My fiance took his ex and mother of his 7 year old daughterMy fiance took his ex and mother of his 7 year old daughter to court last summer because she wanted to move out of town. She sent him a letter in July stating she would be moving in August with her new boyfriend of about 6 months, and he said no. He ended up losing the case and she decided to not even move anymore. She now plans to move at the end of the summer. Is he able to sue her for his legal fees as the whole reason he took her to court was so she couldnt move with his daughter, and then she decided she didnt even want to move anyways? It made the whole case pretty much pointless.
