I have been the trustee for an ODSP recipient is it possible for them to come back and sue me for money spent out of the account or was it alright for me to spend it how I see fit?

Are you saying there is an absolute discretionary trust that you manage for the recipient?If not why is that money in trust?Are you spending all the money only on the recipient?
