Customer Question

A cousin and her partner filed false affidavits and testimony against me under oath alleging criminal behaviour. I found out accidentally when I saw the information online while searching for my mother's will on line! The complaints were dismissed outright and I was never notified they had been filed in the first place. I protested and the information was removed from the website. How can I a) hold the agency accountable for posting this information on line and 2) do I have a defamation claim against the cousin and her partner?
