My husband & I leased a spot for our RV at a recreational site in Alberta and just yesterday we were told via a phone call that the company was not going to renew our contract for this year and has given us until April 1, 2016 to remove all our belongings. WE also got an email stating same. We did not receive any reason as to why and we have been good renters, have paid our fees on time, etc. Is there anything we can do regarding this as I am truly upset with how this person treats his renters or leasees Can we sue him for pain and suffering?
