I am sorry to hear this. Are they needed urgently for some reason?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
we have plans for my father to visit his sick mom after 20 years of not seeing her
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
like i said it is the 3rd time we called and they said nobody has openend your request and do not give us anymore information...something has to be done to rush this process....the processing time is only 8-10 weeks and now online it says only 40 days!

I would suggest faxing them a letter stating that something has clearly gone wrong and this is becoming a serious situation for you.

The other approach is to see if you can apply for the cards on an urgent basis.

would it not be possible to get legal help to help process our cards faster? or is that a bad idea
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
because i dont believe a fax would help us since we have already called three times
Expert:  Debra replied 1 year ago.

I don't think legal help would help and it would be too expensive.

But I do think the fax may help.
