I take my Insurance company to Small Clime Court and I take

Customer Question

I take my Insurance company to Small Clime Court and I take my Insurance adjuster to Court as well. Should I take only Insurance to Court without adjuster?
After 3 day when I sent my paper to court , Insurance sent a check to my Insurance Broker( not to me like they did before),saying that it is for me. The check has explanation that it is forgotten invoice. She sent me copy of it. I saw that this check is about my case in court. Can I take it or I have to wait till court start?

Are you being paid all that you are owed?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No they didn't payed me all they own me so this is why I took them to court. And the check is not covered everything which I ask for. It is 25% only

Hello are you there

Then you will have to continue to court.

But if you are asking if you can accept the cheque you can do so but first write the broker and insurance company and state you are accepting the cheque as partial payment towards you what you are owed and not at all accepting that this is payment in full.

My Question was
Do I have to take Insurence Company and Adjuster to Cort or only Insurence Company?
Expert:  Debra replied 1 year ago.

You take the insurance company to court.

The adjuster was just their agent.
