Thank you for the quick response to my question it did help, but even though I have been fairly rude and disrespectful; why! The reason is this:I have been working for a company since June 17 2015 and I'm still presently there at the moment, but since I've been there a lot of things have happened to me like:I have been told by a couple of the office staff in around about way that I had to bend over backwards for them and drop what was priority when they said so, because of the person whose job I had took over did do these things for them and they expected it from me. In other words they told me I had to be their 'Slave'.I also was constantly having more of a workload put on me, because I was told that the person who I had replaced did do all these things and I was told that I had to do them as well and I very rarely got any help when I needed it. So I when to my boss and told him what was going on and we sat and talk for about an hour, but I also gave him a piece of paper with computer printed text explaining what was going on and what issues I need him to resolve. This happened on Monday the 25th of January. He then began to explain why these particular things were going on, it was because they we spoiled by the guy who I had replaced and they expected it from me. In other words they told me I had to be their 'Slave' in around about way like I explained in one of the previous paragraphs among other things. Then my boss later admitted that it wasn't true and that he did not do all these things he was only trying to get me to do more work. This was because both of my co-workers that I work with had to help him all the time and they were angry about it, because he didn't want to do anything else other then load trailers. One of my co-workers won't even do anything at all, because he's still angry about it himself. There's only three of us that work in the warehouse and this really complicated things a lot!I also was threatened by another companies' employee, which is where we order our product from to sell to our customers one day, but I told the HR/General Manager about it and I'm not sure if they straighten that incident out or not. I never found out what happened! I feel I have been belittled as well because there was one day where I had went into the office to ask one of the staff a question and this person was busy so I waited. The next thing that happened was one of the dealers was in the office and had said something to me, but I can't remember what it was he said. I was not sure what the one words' meaning was that he had used, I thought I knew but I was not 100% sure. I then answered yes to his question he had asked me and after I said it everyone in the office started to giggle. I didn't like the fact that he made me feel like I was an idiot, so these issues had roughly been going on for three out of the nine months that I have been there and I did talk to my boss about these thing that were happening to me and my bosses' answers to my questions were basically very ignorant. He told me in around about way that I was a snitch and I quote "Well you don't want everybody to start hating you now do you"! I didn't appreciate that at all. He want things to sort them selves out, because I know he does not like confrontations but as a boss you have to deal with these things. He's only been running the company for two years now and I find he's fairly inexperienced in how to deal with this stuff.So anyway, I have been dealing with these issues for along time, almost everywhere I worked I have had to deal with this 'Bull' and I'm tired of it.

Thank you for all the advice that you have provided thus far, it has been very helpful!I also should let you know that I am on a contract and that it started on October 19th, 2015 but it ends on October 19th, 2016. They only gave me a one year contract and at the time I was not sure why, but they did give me a reason as to why they did it. I just did not understand a first but it did later make sense to me; I also do believed that when they drew up this contract that they didn't realize that they had left some things out which work out for me at this point in time. They could not force more work on me because of the contract. They did have the right to alter it though but they didn't do that and I believed after I presented a letter of my own which I had told you about in the previous email, that they could not do that anyways, because of all the 'bull' they put me though.Just to let you know I have been putting in for other jobs and I had my first interview today the 14th, but I'm also going back to school to try and get a career in audio & graphic design as well so I should be ok!
