No she never worked for the company. I was just paying her. My real staff don't know about her. She claimed over $10,000 in bogus health claims from my group plan as well and is a total scammer. It's a long sad story and I was very foolish for ever getting involved with her.

Also she bought her own house in her name with the settlement money I gave her (around $90,000) and I stupidity gave her $50,000 for renovations and didn't have her put me on title or sign a loan agreement. Now she is saying I gave her the money of my own free will and has no intention of repaying me. She never worked a day since I met her 3.5 years ago, I supported her and her daughter 100% during 3.5 years, gave her a$20,000 diamond ring, a $20,000 car, 5 free vacations plus spending money (her bogus $25,000) and countless other gifts and cash. I also foolishly put her on title to the house lived in for 18 monthso which cost me $90,000 in settlement money plus $25,000 in legal fees to get her out of my house. ..her financial contribution to the house and monthly expenses was $0. She scammed the bank with bogus employment letter saying she earned $80,000 to qualify for mortgage. ..now she has $0 earnings...should I tip off the bank? Also she defrauded immigration Canada- she was supposed to work as a nanny for 24 months under the live in caregiver program but only completed 12 months. As soon as she latched on to me she stopped working and had her friend create bogus pay stubs. .should I tip off immigration Canada? I could go on. This 'relationship' cost me around $400,000. She has a nice fully renovated house that I paid for 100% no debts and no car payments. I am renting a house have a tonice of debt and car payments. I would like to get my $50,000 back from her. Can I slap a lien on 'her' house? Do I have any legal recourse? I finally wised up and dumped when she asked me for another $35,000! She is a very pretty Ukrainian lady - total narcissist - and yes I was an idiot falling in love with her. . She is happy to keep the free house and the $50,000 I just gave her and is not willing to offer me a penny in return. I put on title to the $900,000 house we bought when we were engaged and went into huge debt for - she contributedoesn't $0 and I paid $9,000 in land transfer tax to give her 50% ownership. .now she won't even pay me back the $50,000 I so stupidly gave her without making her sign a loan agreement.....should I go after her for this money and should I notify her bank and immigration and my group insurer about her fraudulent activities or can I be in trouble for not reporting it sooner?

I would like to send her an email stating that I am giving her 24 hours to confirm how she is going to repay me the $50,000 I lent her (I would give her say 90 days at 0% interest); and that by the way, I have a mountain of evidence proving that she defrauded Immigration Canada, defrauded my employee group plan, defrauded the bank that gave her a mortgage for 'her' new house, that she hasn't worked since I met her 3.5 years ago etc. If I do this, could that be considered harassment or blackmail? I don't want to shoot myself in the foot!Also, it bothers me that she will be able to collect unemployment insurance for the better part of a year. In haven't prepared her RoE (Record of Employment) yet and am tempted not to send it. But again I am wondering if I have no choice, since I have been giving her pay cheques for the last 2 years and remitting payroll taxes, CPP premiums, EI premiums to the Canada Revenue Agency and employer pension contributions to our pension insurer.........She never actually did any work for the company, but the CRA thinks that she was an employee......
