Customer Question

I was recently terminated from a sales position by a Canadian company. Can the firm do the following?
Limit my access to future employment through a non compete.
Can they insist I sign provided termination agreements in a short period? Less than a week.
Can the firm state that unless I sign in will be expected to repay up to $60,000 in paid commission. I have never seen proof of this figure.
Can they prevent me from stating anything negative about them on social media? What is their recourse?

Why would you owe the commission?

How long did you worked there for?
