I was rearended at a stop light by an alleged impaired

Customer Question

I was rearended at a stop light by an alleged impaired driver travelling at 110 + km/h. I've been off work for a week, used up most of my sick days and am hurting physically, mentally and emotionally!! I'm a single dad and I need to earn an income but am not ready to return to work......
