How are the garnishing your wages? Are they going through the employer? Or are they seizing your bank account?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Both they took 30% of my pay and my bank account from July to September 2015 100% of my income I'm no longer employed for that employer ...I started a new job and hired a accounten. .I can get exact dates and total I payed them

They can seize your entire bank account whenever there is money in it.

They can only garnish 20% of your paycheques based on your net pay. I am not sure how they are taking 30%. I suggest you ask your accountant to call them to address this.
