Customer Question

Condo Act Ontario January 15/16 - Can an Owner that has requested a meeting with the Board of Directors/Management BAN one of the elected Board members from attending such meeting?

No.

There is no lawful way to ban anyone from attending a meeting. The Board of Directors were elected by the owners and each one has the right and really the obligation to attend all meetings possible. If the members no longer want one Director to act then they can take steps to have the Director removed.
