diagnosed at 31 with early onset parkinsons. 19 years later sent for series of interviews for brain surgery.. on interview 2 I was told I didn't have Parkinson. a clear misdiagnosis.... hired a lawyer who quit her firm.. a contingency deal...they said either pay us or leave the file here... 2 year statue of limitations..left the file with the firm. this week they said the stataement of claim had been issued. I confirmed it had been physically recved by dr and they said they would not send it until they had a medical witness... I want to fire them..what do I do
