My common law and I have been living together and a half

Customer Question

My common law and I have been living together for 2 and a half years and have now decided to split. The house was his when me and my 4 children moved in. We have planted roots here. School, sports. I've helped pay bills here and update the house. What are my rights? Also he and a friend started up a homecare company. I brought in the clients and went out and got these people signed on to the company. What are my rights there
