Customer Question

I have question regarding payment of holiday pay. We have a restaurant that will be open Sunday December 20th, reopen December 27th for one day and then closed until December 31st for Nee Years eve only. Do our staff be eligible for holiday pay for both Christmas and Boxing Day if they do not work from December 18th to December 31st?

Which province do you operate the restaurant in? Employment standards for pay during statutory holidays are provincially regulated.
