lHello, my daughter was caught shoplifting. but because of previous clean record , a minor, and beggings, the police just charge her with Trespassing, engaging in prohibited activity inside the premises and given ticket fine for $65.00. After paying her fine, will she still have a criminal record?

She will not have a criminal record if she goes ahead and pays the fine.

Being charged with trespass is not a being charged with a criminal offence. It is a provincial offence and thus not a criminal one.

So there is no criminal record at all. It is similar to being charged with speeding for example.
