Hello, thank you for the question. What province are you in?

Does your girlfriend not want to separate? Or he just doesn't want to move out?

How long have you been in a relationship? Have you lived together before this?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She doesn't want to move out the realonship is over we been dating for two years and have not lived together before this

I see. You're both on the mortgage, but who is on title to the home?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can there only be one ? I would assume it would be my name not 100% sure
Expert:  Ulysses101 replied 1 year ago.

It could be both of you or it could be just you, or even just her.

Do you have the sale contract there?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I don't she has it somewhere I could prob get one no problem but wouldn't be for couple days
Expert:  Ulysses101 replied 1 year ago.

Or you could call the realtor and ask, or go to land registry office and check the title. You need to know this. Can you find out and get back to me?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I will thank you
