I sold my house three yeas ago before my proposal money paid…

Forget to inform you that, we are (Me and my wife involved in the case) and we are Canadian citizen and this case comes in
Toronto, Ontario jurisdiction. My last payment will go on this Nov.15th but Trustee send me emailed that he will send some papers to fill up the forms and send clearance certificate. He didn't know about my house sold. Do he can take some steps against us? Please help me to sort out this puzzle and advise me what I have to do now.

Not Now, but few months ago I sent them post dated chq.s to pay my monthly installments and ask them to inform me how much we owe after that, so he try to call me but my home phone No was change because of I sold my house and moved.
so he send me a email like that to show me a law. but I had Div.1 proposal not bankruptcy. Pl. read what he was sent me.
"For consumer proposals whereas I have taken charges of Div. 1 proposals (like yours) and corporate bankruptcies.
As per the “Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act” Sec. 158 (p) it is your duty to keep us informed (either through fax, email or letter) about place of residence or address (including phone numbers, if applicable) until the administration of the estate is completed (you will be getting a final notice, Form 11 for this purpose).
I will update the contact phone numbers for both of your cases. Please make sure that you will be mailing sufficient postdated cheques to cover payments after August 2015, for both of you." -Trustee.
I sent them more chq.s to paid in full at Nov.15th. (I was start my case at March/2009 and paid up now in Nov.15th in full), but when he sent this information before few months ago in a May/2015, it was too late, because I was sold my house in 2012/June.
After that I check on Google about this '“Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act” Sec. 158 (p)' I was shocked, but it is allready paid in full now, so what will happened? Is it consider crime? PL.save me. It was my innocent mistake.

I read on google about Div.1 consumer proposal, it is looks like same follows rules of bankruptcy. in the detail of sold property without inform trustee, it is says crime in some cases of bankruptcy but not cleared about Div.1 consumer proposal, although both are run same rules of law.
Please concern with your other partners, who is specialist for this type of law and guide me proper please.

Please give me a second opinion.
