Are there names still on title?

What stuff are they coming back for? Their own stuff?

still on title ...and they say their own but who nos just want to no what are my rights

ok whats happening i dont understand

If they are still on title then they have the same rights as you have to enter the home. It is still theirs as much as it is yours.

And you each have the right to what is in your own names or what you paid for.

They don't have the right to take something that you all paid for until there is an agreement about how the jointly held items are going to be treated.

Do you see what I mean?
