Customer Question

Do I have the right to choose which photo is used to represent me on a professional website? My boss chose a photo that looks like I was at a camping trip, and I had given her a good headshot that i spent a lot of time and effort on. I think I should be allowed to choose which photo represents me as a professional

There is no law that gives you the right to decide which photo your employer can put up on the website of the employer.

I am sorry this is not the answer you were hoping for.
