I am sorry for your loss.

Did she leave the condo to her daughter?

Are these her items and if they are did she leave them to the daughter?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

If the condo is theirs and the items are theirs then there is nothing you can do to stop them.

They seem very heartless but there is no law against acting that way.

You don't having any legal rights because as you were common law this is not a matrimonial home.

I am sorry about that.
