My wife left me and has been as as it comes, I mean real.

Customer Question

My wife left me and has been as nasty as it comes, I mean real nasty. I've left the house because I didn't want to up route the kids from the house during the school year. Essentially all I got told was she loves her friends more and doesn't want to be married anymore. It's been so bad that I work overseas and when I came home on Valentine's Day she was partying with her friends and when I ask that they please leave her friends called police on me and had me removed from the house. I also came home to have time with my children as I was was getting ready to move to PEI as I have no friends or family in Alberta and this unwanted divorce has destroyed me emotionally. She took the kids out of school and refused to let them see me for my last week in province. I have texts and recordings of her admitting to using drugs and having them in the house with the kids, calling my son a asshole and threatening to hit him several times, she refuses to work and always has as I was stupid enough to let her. I offered to pay for her schooling and child care for our two children many times over the years. I've been told that the courts won't even take these things into consideration. How is it fair she get to live off me while being so nasty and blatant of her intentions and it not even be takin into consideration?
