I signed A contract to buy A new pickup on Friday oct. 9th to be deliverd to day oct.13th
but I would like to cancel the deal , can I legaly do it under the cooling off agreement or is there any such thing.

There is no cooling off period for the purchase of motor vehicles.

You can review your contract to see what is says out refunds but it likely doesn't allow them.

At the same time the dealer would have to try and sell the truck again and if they could you would only be liable for what damages they incur such as advertising costs of or if they have to sell the truck for less.
