My ex-husband has disclosed information about my personal prescription drug to individuals. Is there any legal ramifications?

How did he get this information?

For example, does he know this because he lived with you or perhaps was it disclosed to him during your divorce process?

He found the prescription in the kitchen cupboard.

He didn't do anything unlawful as he had a right to be in the kitchen and look in the cupboard.

And as long as he doesn't tell lies about you there is nothing unlawful with him sharing this information.

If you are in court with him for the family law issues it can be raised as the court will not like it at all. But otherwise there is nothing you can do about this from a legal perspective.
