Did you buy the condo from the developer or did you buy it and then rebuild it so you hired the construction company?
Did you try and put this through under the warranty and if so what happened?
I cannot represent you but I do think it may be best to involve a lawyer now to send a letter to the developer.
A letter from a lawyer, threatening a lawsuit, is most likely all you will need.
You can consider seeing the lawyer who did the condo closing or if this lawyer says he/she cannot help ask for a referral.
