My sister has just signed a contract with a canadian swim

Customer Question

My sister has just signed a contract with a canadian swim club in Kelowna. Prior to her signing the contract she was in an appeal in the US and suspended as the coach in Santa Fe.
The Canadian team went a head and hired her regardless. Now they are firing her because the courts ruled that she loose her license to coach in the US for 7 years. Does she have any recourse in Canada

Are you saying the club in Canada fired her because she lost her licence in the US?

And if so does that affect her licence in Canada?

And did she tell them she was licenced in the US before signing?

Is this a fixed term contract? If so does it allow for early termination?
