I was prescribed Apo-Atorvastatin Calcium About October 2013 and became very seriously ill Oct 2014 - hospitalized after a collapse at home - have full documentation. After some searching for the cause it was deemed a result of statin use. I am now recovered but as I suffered renal failure; it effects my travel health insurance and future wellbeing Is there any legal recourse ? Such as compensation from the drug manufacturer?

Was this because of an allergy?
