If there is no one named to be a beneficiary of a family

Customer Question

if there is no one named to be a beneficiary of a family trust given to him by his parents who will be the
recipients? This uncle has no wife or children.
He left a will of his other assets to his cousin, only oil rights to this family trust
was not written in his will.Does this mean his share goes back to the
family trust to the rest of his siblings?

I am not following the facts.

Do you mean the uncle is the beneficiary of a family trust but when he died the Will did not cover the trust?
