A lady with a matured daughter and a disable son dies in Vancouver. She leaves 60 % of her estate to her daughter and 25% to her daughter in law and 15% to a charity. The daughter in law has a POA for the disable son and is threatening to contest the will. Dose she have any grounds to contest the will.

The son is the biological son of the person who died?
