VerifiedYes you are most assuredly right. The only ones who can live there if anyone, are the beneficiaries. The executor has no right to any assets unless the Will gives them the right so being an executor doesn't mean they can treat the assets as theirs, even temporarily.
They would have to be someone who is inheriting the house and could possibly live there before title is transferred.
