You can tell them that the will not be able to reach him by calling the house and that you are feeling harassed and that they should contact him by mail only. If this persists after you state this then call your Consumer Protection Branch and ask how to file a complaint against a collection agency that is harassing you. This will stop them if your comments to them do not.
