Customer Question

How old does my daughter has to be to make decisions if she wants to spend time with her Dad on holidays

Your daughter cannot legally make a decision about this until she reaches the age of majority. However, at some point there will be no way to force her to do anything that she does not want to do. For example, the police will not force a teenager to see a parent against her wishes. As well, once a child reaches the age of 12 or so her wishes will be given considerable weight by a court.
