VerifiedThe son's will inherit the entire estate unless he has a spouse that he is only separated from. You will not inherit any of his estate. So it will be up to the son's to decide if you have to move out. It is possible that you can make a claim to the estate for dependent's relief as you were financially dependent on your boyfriend at the time of his death but as your only lived together for six months it is not clear if you will be successfully or how much you would be entitled to but it would not be much. I am sorry for your loss.
