VerifiedYou should tell the employer that you are entitled to be paid 70% of what you normally own and that the company policy is in breach of your rights under the benefits plan and that if you do not immediately have the situation rectified both retrospectively and going forward you will have no choice but to retain a lawyer and obtain a court order if necessary.
The law says to take an average of the actual pay worked over a six week period in most cases.They have to pay you based on your actual pay.
