There is really no such thing as buyer's remorse.
There is a cooling offer period for certain very specific types of contracts but they are rare.
There is no cooling offer period for a mortgage unfortunately.
The mortgage becomes a binding contract once there has been an offer by the bank and an acceptance by you.
