I don't see a question here but essentially if you are asking about what your boyfriend should do then the answer is that he should be retaining a criminal lawyer to defend him.

If she is accusing him it is not about her winning. It is about the police believing he made the threats and then charging him. So a criminal lawyer will know how to deal with the Crown and how to put your boyfriend's case forward in the best possible way.
