All assets are now considered matrimonial property and it doesn't matter whose name is ***** ***** asset or who contributed to it.Marriage is considered to be an equal partnership. For this reason you will share equally in the value of all assets acquired during the marriage, aside from gifts and inheritances and will also share in the increase in value over the marriage of any assets brought into the marriage.
