VerifiedYou can marry her where ever you like. She can come to Canada as a visitor if she can show strong ties to China.She would have to show a job, a home, family, ties to the community etc. Canada Immigration will not allow her to visit if they think she will remain in Canada instead of going home.If she enters Canada and you do marry you can actually start the process at once and in fact she can remain as Canada Immigration allows spousal sponsorship applications from within Canada even if the spouse is in Canada without legal status. So it is up to you how you want to proceed but the hardest part, either way, will be her getting a visa to visit.
