That's why I am asking you if the clause in the agreement which I quoted above where it is stating client lists, which I do not have, nor have I had and this is considered confidential information can not be used to solicit the clients, are you saying that if I remember the client name without a list that would be part of a list. Does this list not need to be tangible?

The law is that you cannot solicit clients even without an agreement as it is considered to be unfair competition.
