I live in BC. I am in a 4 unit strata, so we only have 4
I am in a 4 unit strata, so we only have 4 members to vote or decide things. There is a development company building an apartment condo along one side of our property. They have requested an easement into our property to dig the holes required to put up the framing. They have provided us a written contract stating that they will repair that will occur to our parking lot as well as allow us to chose between them paying to put up a new fence, or planting some hedges or just grass once it is completed. They have given us timelines and pretty much done everything we asked. One member of the strata will not sign the contract, he has been avoiding other strata members as well as the development company for a few days now. They sent us this request over 2 months ago and we are now completely blocking their project as they have already done all other work they can do before putting up this wall.
