If a doctor thinks you are a threat to yourself or others they can get a mental health warrant to have you committed for several days for an assessment whether the concern is psychosis or otherwise. If they still think you are a threat after that they can keep you but you are entitled under the Mental Health Act to an automatic appeal.
You would want a lawyer familiar at that time with mental health law, not medical malpractice.
You can sue the doctors for making negligent diagnosis about you. For that you would want a medical malpractice e lawyer. But that won't stop the problem of them now trying to commit you. And it would be necessary to succeed in such a claim to have an expert report from your own doctor to indicate how these other doctors failed to meet the standard expected of their profession.
